Aug. 3  CBPS PROPOSED CUSTOMS BROKER REGULATIONS

Group chat and strategy session sponsored by GRVR Attorneys. CBP is proposing a number of dramatic departures from current customs brokerage practices that place both importers and customs brokers at risk. Many of these proposed regulations have escaped public scrutiny because they are hidden deep with the Federal Register Notice that mostly focuses on national permits, ACE, and the formalities of customs broker licensing. This group chat is your opportunity to voice your opinions and concerns and perhaps coordinate efforts with others. 11:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m. CDT. No fee; advance registration required.
